Operating Instructions
- Plug USB cord into port connector on the power adapter.
- Place USB power adapter into electrical outlet.
- Place one light head into each shoe and turn system on with On/Off control button.
- Device will auto-shut off after 15 minutes of light treatment.
- Remove device and store or use for additional shoes.
Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on:
- Is power supply pushed firmly into outlet?
- Try a different wall outlet to confirm power is available.
- Is the USB cord fully inserted into the USB power adapter?
- Is On/Off button turned on?
- If device still does not turn on, call Customer Service at 1(800) 337-9565.
- Device shuts off abruptly prior to 15 minute treatment:
- Device is designed to shut off automatically after 15 minutes.
- Device may shut off automatically after multiple repeated uses if the device exceeds desired temperature. Allow device to cool for several minutes and try again.
- If the device continues to shut off prior to 15 minutes, please contact Customer Service at 1(800) 337-9565.
