Return/Warranty Policy

Products Always Improving: Our products are continually improving! This means that, in rare circumstances, the product you received may look slightly different than the product pictured on our website — especially the color and arrangement of LED lights on your device.
 
Return Policy: The 30-day guarantee becomes active when you receive the system. If, after a fair trial period, you would like to return your dpl® or reVive Light Therapy® system, please call 1 (800) 337-9565 and you will be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to return the system. Packages without a valid RMA number on the outside of the box will not be accepted.
 
Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer; pre-paid shipping labels will not be provided for returns. Product will be inspected by our technicians prior to refund or exchange. Product will need to be returned within the allotted time period. All original packaging and contents need to be included in an undamaged, clean, and resalable condition.
 
Note: For sanitary reasons, reVive Light Therapy® Lip Care and dp® Oral Care are not eligible for return or refund once the package seal has been broken.
 
Warranty Policy: Contact customer service at support@revivelighttherapy.com or 1 (800) 337-9565 to schedule a diagnostic call. If a warranty RMA is issued, shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer to return the product; pre-paid shipping labels will not be provided. LED Technologies will incur the shipping costs to return the product to the consumer.
 
Returning Liquids: To ensure safety to our customers and the integrity of our products, only unopened liquids in the original packaging may be returned.
